3. Since AfterOffice also has a free version that I can use, why do I need a subscription version?
  Yes, you are welcome to use the free service as long as you wish. There are, however, some limitations to this service that generally would not make much different to a normal user. If you need more, such as your own private virtual office that runs on your domain name, and have your business email address yourname@yourcompanyname.com, the subscription version will help you to achieve that. 5. How much does it cost?
  AVO Basic Package is affordably priced at USD180/year. It comes with 5 user accounts and 50MB. Should you need more users, you can subscribe at USD18/user/year (5MB). Additional disk space of 20MB/unit can be subscribed at USD18/year.

   
6. How long does it take for me to deploy AVO?
  Within 24 hours after received of your completed order details.

   
7. What if AfterOffice doesn't offer the features that I want?
  AfterOffice's goal is to develop the most effective business collaboration tools for SMI/SMEs through out the world. We understand that each company's need is unique and may require customised applications. Should you have such need, please email marketing@afteroffice.com.
   
8. How secure is an AVO workplace?
  Your AVO is designed to be password protected. Only team member that are given access with appropriate Login Name and Password can participate in your virtual office. In addition, you may take advantage of industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) as an add on security feature. SSL security encrypts all data being sent to or received from the AfterOffice server, so your data is secure no matter where you access it from. 9. Does AfterOffice email server have virus scan?
  Yes, we provide anti-virus and anti-spamming features on our system. After you have enabled the features, you may continue to select the options available under these features.

   
10. I have a domain with my ISP currently, what should I do it in order to use AfterOffice solutions?
  You can instruct your ISP to add the mail record on your domain "to point to" AfterOffice servers.
If you are the hostmaster of your domain, you may configure the domain to have MX record pointing to AfterOffice mail server. Please consult support@afteroffice.com for the latest mail server name.
If you are not sure on how you may do this, send email to support@afteroffice.com for assistant.

   
11. I am going to register a domain myself for use with AfterOffice services, what is the primary and secondary domain server should I specify?
  If you are registering Internic domain (ends with .com, .net or .org), use the following information:-

Primary Server Name: ns3.afteroffice.com
Primary Server Address (IP): 203.115.234.178
Secondary Server Name: ns4.afteroffice.com
Secondary Server Address (IP): 203.115.234.188

Other domains may require different procedure and preparation on AfterOffice DNS before you may proceed with the registration.
